Mindset + Rich Dad Poor Dad = Enthusiasm & Happiness
When I first read about Rich Dad Poor Dad about 4 years ago, it didn't really donned upon me the importance of taking of control of your financial life. 2 years later, while having to sit at home most of the time due to a surgery I had on my leg, I read the book Rich Dad Poor Dad again. This time, I felt one of the best thing ever happened to me even till today. My life changed.
I started to look at things differently. Life began to have more meaning and purpose rather than leading aimlessly. Something had happened to me! My mindset has changed. I began to look at life as a learning process. I realized I can make choices for who I want to be. I began to want to learn more. I read more about successful business people like Warren Buffet and Donald Trump. I began to enjoy learning about how these people think. I began to get really enthusiastic when I watch videos of these successful people.
Recently, sitting down in a plane on my way back from Australia, I watched in amazement the video of how Steve Jobs changed and revolutionize Apple and turn iPod in becoming a huge success. 70 millions users and the number are still growing. Wonderful!
Today, because of that significance of reading that Rich Dad Poor Dad Book, I am still able to learn more about life not only business. I believe the great part about it is learning never stops. I've learnt to step out of my comfort zone like speaking in public and networking with people. The business lessons were never smooth from my experiences and these successful people. That is beauty of it, you keep on learning.
I'm so thankful to Robert Kiyosaki and Rich Dad. If Zinedine Zidane( French Soccer Star) is my soccer idol. Then Robert Kiyosaki is my business idol. Rich Dad Poor Dad has created more enthusiasm and happiness in my life. It changed my life.
